I like to keep my brain and my body guessing.

One of our interview guests said “Homeostatic equilibrium will not be denied.”  And that’s true, if you give your body the same inputs, day-in and day-out.  But in the interests of both variety and hormesis (the same concept that encourages not letting your gym workouts get repetitive), I like to mix up my supplements day to day, week to week.
